By accessing this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage Rights
All images in this gallery were created by Propeller Studios and remain protected by copyright.
Clients receive usage rights based on the type of shoot booked (portrait, event, commercial, etc.).
Personal clients may use the images for personal use only (sharing online, printing, gifting, etc.).
Commercial clients may use the images according to the agreed license provided at the time of booking.

2. Copyright
Propeller Studios retains full copyright to all images unless a written copyright transfer has been purchased.
Images may not be resold, transferred to third parties, or used commercially without permission.

3. Editing & Alterations
Images may not be edited, filtered, altered, or modified in ways that distort the original look or style without written approval.

4. Third-Party Use
Brands, magazines, sponsors, suppliers, or other third parties may not use the images without a licensed agreement from Propeller Studios.

5. Digital Downloads & Prints
Downloaded images are non-refundable once accessed.
Print quality depends on the quality of the chosen print provider; Propeller Studios is not responsible for poor-quality third-party printing.

6. Gallery Access
Gallery links are provided for the client’s convenience. Propeller Studios may archive or remove galleries after a reasonable period.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.

7. Portfolio Use
Propeller Studios may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
